Last Friday or Saturday i posted 40+ picture. But earning was same. I'm a new comer. Any one can help me? What happen? What to do? How to do?

I'm pretty sure that you only earn for pictures posted if other members use them in their posts, I don't think you earn anything just for uploading them. The bestway to earn on this site is to post good informative discussions

If you right then why myLot give this note !!! "If you’re looking to earn for your photos, there is still a HUGE opportunity to earn. You will be compensated for each photo added to a discussion or to an interest. "

Well I took that to mean that when the photos were actually used in the discussions as opposed to just being up on the site.
