Yummy.. I love it! Are you serving that with Naan? I wish I knew how to cook Indian food. We don't get good Indian food out here at restaurants, but i did have the opportunity one time to have a home cooked Indian meal a long time ago. I have been craving it ever since. Any chance you'll come to California?

i cooked up some hamburger. i then added condensed mushroom soup to that without diluting it first. i stirred that into the hamburger. i then added just a little milk to make a gravy. i served that on rice and had spaghetti squash on the side.

I had baked ziti, it was a leftover from last night. I made my husband steak last night, since I do not eat red meat. tonight he will have chicken nuggets and rice if he wants it when he gets home. I know sometimes trying to decide what to have for dinner is frustrating at times. I am already thinking about tomorrow night.

Hi Sundaydriver, it's now 10am, and I think for dinner tonight, I would most probably cook chicken. I would marinate some chicken thighs with black pepper sauce and ginger paste, and either steam or bake in the oven (I haven't decided which). And a simple dish of vegetables, most likely broccoli lightly fried with garlic and tuna flakes. That's what I plan for dinner.

We are having fish sticks, fish filets, and french fries. Yummy!!! We had cheesy chicken alfredo last night, and BBQ beef ribs the night before. Any of these delicious choices help you in your dilemma?? How about grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup? Here's one that is cheap, quick, easy and yummy- ramen noodles with tuna fish and a bit of mayo. Jailhouse tunafish casserole.
