My tips for good living

There are many ways to keep ourselves healthy and perfect. I want to give some of the tips which might help many and want to know whether my tips are useful or not. So dear friends let us start a discussion which can render great help to many of us and me too. I want to give out my tips and collect from my friends also. So, I will start first and wait for the next tip.. I my opinion priority is given to the balanced diet we take which has a great impact on our health. So, eating a diet with low fat, high in fibre and equal stuff of fruits and veggies prevents health complications and many common illnesses. Secondly, maintaining optimum weight according to our age and height which can prevent the cholesterol problem and blood pressure fluctuations. Next is to avoid tobacco in any form. ALCOHOL too.

Those things sound very good, but can you really control them all? You can maintain your weight, and eat fruits and vegetables a lot, but you can not control pesticides and chemicals on the plantation. May be you and me hate smokers, but can we be apart of them at all?. You also cannot control environmental aspects as smog and pollution on the air you breath. We need to supplement to maintain good health. We need to give our bodies more nutrients than ever to stay in shape and healthy.

yes of course...I have seen the habits followed by various ashram and yoga camps..And the people come out with excellent results and regularized they habits which are followed by them in camps and various ashrams. Now-a-days government has take various steps to prevent smoking in public areas and this could be a positive note for us na.

We definately control some what, if every body is consious about health & poltion free area. The govt. has banned the smoking in the public places. Good habits, regular yoga, nutrious foods are better for the individuals same way the good public, better law & order, enviornmental awareness will fetch best results in the earth.

my response for this is that use of banana must be a regular intake of your diet because banana has evrything what is vital for ur immune system it coontains vitamins b6 one of rear vitamins u will get in other food and fiber calcium shortly i would say eat a banana daily dont need to go doctor

What are you waiting my friend for? Here we go. Health has many aspects. Lets take one by one. Physical , mental and social aspects. Mental aspect is quite essential. Social trauma are the major derangement in the modern world which are creating havocs in households. So in my view a holistic approach is waht we need.
