I love, love, love musicals. I don't know if I could pick a favorite. The one I have liked the longest is Annie, I have loved it since I was a baby. I also love Rent, Phantom of the Opera and my new favorite is Mamsa Mia. I can't wait until it comes out on DVD (this month I think). What is your favorite musical???

My favorite musical is My Fair Lady. I just love that musical. I really love the old classic musical. They just do not make them today how they use to. For newer ones, I like Chicago and Mamma Mia. I saw both of these of Broadway when I was in New York and I so reccomend seeing them if you have a chance. There are several that I want to see, one including Wicked.

Oh I'm so jealous. I would love to go to NY and see Wicked. How about Lion King? I haven't seen it, but it looks great. Should we add that to our list of great musicals?

That would be one I would add to my list if I was going to NY. When I was there last I saw Mamma Mia, Chicago, and Beauy and the Beast. My parents saw Lion King when it was in Minneapolis and they loved it.

Les Miserable is definitely a favorite. A while ago we purchased the DVD of the Dream Cast singing all the songs I think at the Royal Academy or some place like that. Brilliant! Love to watch it right before bed after a stressful day. Great art like that just lifts the spirits. Me and my kids also like to sing along with Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat with Donny Osmond. Great fun. We also like to watch Fiddler and Oliver. I have one son who knows all the words.

Most Musicals have Western Setting. I love Phantom of the Opera, Cats, and Les Miserables. On top of all those I mentioned, I love Miss Saigon. I can relate due to cultural affinity and history. Good day!
