i am new to this site,and i do not have paypal account.do i need it make it immediately or i can do it later on also.

There is no real hurry, you can register for a Paypal account later. The account is used to transfer money from your Mylot earnings, so as long as you acquire an account and enter the details into your preferences before payment is due then it will not be a problem.
