I love the Revolution referral program except for that darn $500/year cap. If it wasn't for that cap, I would be making great money all year.
Is there any programs out there similar to Revolution?
It would be great to find a similar deal. $10 per referral, free sign ups, etc.

There is and it's called Paypal. You will even get $5.00 to sign up. https://www.paypal.com/us/mrb/pal=7N2R7LG2PSTG4 It's free to join and works like Revolutionary Money, but one difference. PayPal pays interest. I'm not sure Revolution does that. I don't recall reading it anyway.

does your referral have to upgrade or make a minimum transaction before you get paid? or do you get a flat fee just for them signing up for a free account?
It is nice to get interest. Revolution does not offer that. However, REvolution pays you $10 for every free sign up.
