Is it not a little incorrect to ask have you seen? How can it be a past tense and a one time occurrence? It is like asking have you seen that movie which makes brings down the value of the subject. Seeing God is a continuous process and a continues tense. It happens all the time as we see hear, smell, see and feel Him in all his glorious creations.

In every good feeling we feel his presence.Everyone experiences that.True. But equally true is your saying that seeing his creation- nature, the sky, rainbow, butterflies, human beings, all living creatures etc.......we actually in a way .....see him because he is the one who created it, gave life to us.

I do agree that God is everywhere... in everything... and in every person and every situation that we encounter... it is just a matter of... do we take notice of God when He is right there infront of us... or do we just go about our busy lives... and look through never bothering to notice...
It is always up to us if we want to see God...

This is so well said!
I feel God is a concept, something beyond any form and thus beyond visibility. We can only feel His presence by being in the right path, following the right values in life. And more we do it more we get closer to Him. I would rather not want to see him but perceive his SELF within me. The feeling of God within us makes us human and complete. And He is omnipresent, continuous and all pervasive.
I just fear that we go search for God everywhere except within our selves and within others. And in the process of finding Him we do some things utter merciless and miserable. Like, shooing off some innocent eyes from the temple in fear of losing our belongings to him! Now, we lose God there only!

Bala, we may say that we see God in nature , in life, in miracles etc etc....., but you know what bala.....we actually see God when we are in trouble....remember, when one of our loved one is sick.......how confidently we fold our hands or we raise our hand and pray to him, actually talking to him as if he is there in front of us.....we cry ,we plead.....we show all our emotions.......not to empty space but to very much living figure in front of our eyes in whom we have full faith and we know that he will listen to our prayers and will cure our loved one.......At times of difficulty, we forget the arguments of science and logic.......suddenly we don't want to listen to anything but want to pray to our God....whom we see from our internal eyes at that time........but as soon as God listens to our prayers.....we selfish people forget to thank him and instead once again fall into argument if there is god or no god........so mean of human beings.........

In my younger days I prayed to god because my parents wanted me to....I never felt his need except when I was facing my exams, when I prayed fervently to him.As I grew older,I felt his need by my side more, when I was at life's cross roads,or when in a dialemma.....Lately I have grown so dependent on him,and believe in him so much that when things go wrong or contrary to my expectations,I get angry with him and scold him for not rising to my expectations, even after showing so much devotion to him.....
So Bala..I have not seen him but somewhere in my life,he has silently come along , and has been my silent companion, like a pillar of strength ,withoutwhom I would not have been where I am today, thats for sure........

No one in our present time has seen Go literally! But you are right His glorious creations make use see, hear, smell and feel him. As the Bible in Psalm 19:1 "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands." On beautiful song goes like this:
The heavens declare the glory of God
Creations show His handiwork
Day After day, night after night
A Message goes out to all the earth
Indeed I have no a lot of proof to say that I have been seeing God in all my life. All the nature points to one reality that God is real and I could see Him through His wonderful creations. I could se, hear and feel him through the winds, the water and the rain. And most of all I could see Him working within me. His goodness and grace is revealed to me day after day! All praises, glory and honor to Him!
