Hi Rkrish , I find this article to be very good . It guides us as to what a Healthy Diet could be all about . One main problem in today's time is that Departmental Stores as well as other Retail Food Stores were not keeping much options in UnPolished Cereals which have more of Fibre and only had fully polished Sugars,Rice,Wheat . Now;we are seeing more options in terms of Brown Rice,Oat Flakes , Oat Bran ,Wheat Flakes etc . The options are still less: Where are Jowar ka Atta ? Ragi ? or un-polished Wheat ? I rarely see them . Unless these are made available in more quantity;we would still have lack of these things . Still;one can have more of Fruits , Vegetables and Nuts . Thanks and Regards Sweety_81
