Why the Number (101) by side of my profile remain CONSTANT some time

The number of points (called rating here) do not change when we post a new topic . They change after we get a couple of quality responses here . please remember that Mylot some how evaluates the quality of posts ! and pays as per the quality . The number of points appear to be changed immediately after we post a response on others topics . However it is just an indicator and does not represent the true income from the points . As you might be knowing , Mylot uses a complex formula to calculate our earnings . It is never a constant pay per post . our earnings fluctuate depending on both the quality of content we posted here and the quantity of our posts :-)

I also thought about it too. But I think the answer is that they cannot update it immediately. I noticed one time that when I responded to one discussion, my number of post remain constant but then later on, I found out that my post had been updated already.
