Can I really have a flatten stomach in three weeks?

There is only one method I know to flatten the stomach and it involves not eating. I used to fast 4 times a month where I do not eat nor drink anything for 36 hours. It is a very effective and efficient stomach flattener. Cheers!!

I think you should spend less time looking for magic ways how to loos weight on the internet and rather go out to do some exercise. There is nothing like fast way of loosing weight only hard work at the gym, combined with bike riding or running (this help to loose weight the best), also give up all junk food and start to eat regular smaller portion of food, add lot of vegetables and fruits also chicken meat and fishes are really healthy.

Flattening the tummy is an easy job... There is no need of going to gym... working out in gym shapes ur body and reduce ur tummy... but it takes a long to achieve a flat abs... jus jawg 3 to 4 kms daily... within a month u can reduce not only ur tummy but also the fat in ur body... try to run slowly rather than jawging....

I would think it depends on how big your tummy is. If you do a lot of crunches and decrease your calorie intake, then you probably can. If you're really overweight then I think it's going to be impossible to flatten it in that time frame.

You can really lose some weight around the waist if you are determined to achieve this, it's not going to be easy though, it will take work. I exercise on a regular basis, at least three times per week. I used to have quite a huge belly but I purchased some excercise equipment from the tv and now my excess belly is starting to disappear! I think that the best exercise for this is Abdominal crunches! I have the Ab Lounge XL machine and this works wonders! I don't know if you are a big eater as well or anything but your diet does need to be controlled to a certain extent. Good luck anyhow, you can do it. Andrew

No, if you want my honest answer sitting here on mylot asking questions you will not have a flat stomach in three weeks. This is a stupid unrealistic goal anyway! If you really want to loose weight and keep it off you need to come up with a weightloss plan that suits your life style and capabilities. Setting yourself unrealistic goals will make things seem harder and usually people would give up. I think that you need to pace yourself into a vigourous changing exercise routine that you wont get sick of... Just add extra energy cunsuming activities into your day and healthy eating plan, then add you exercise onto and watch the kilo slip away this will take longer than 3 weeks but could last your entire life!
