Isabelmarco premium upgrade

hi friends,i am a standard member in IM and i have enough money to upgrade to premium and to cash out the minimum amount. I tried upgrading using the balance but i couldnt find the link.i couldnt find any info in the TOS. I am planning to just cashout and exit the site. Any help is appreciated. Thanks..

They are not letting you use your balance for upgrading your account. You have to spend your own cash to upgrade this account.
