As a real man,would you like to be ruled by your wife?

I know some of the husband who are under the thumb of thier wife. But that because those husbands who ruled by thier wife are just wanted to be humble and they loved thier wife so much. I and my husband is not like that, our relationship is equal. We treat each other equally and that's the best way to make the relationship better. For me real man is the man who take a responsibilities and respect and love his family and wife not because they are under the thumb of thier wife. happy posting.

I would like to know what a 'real man' is, and what kind of difference it would make in a relationship. Marriage is supposed to be equal, 50/50. This is 2008, and I think the days of one spouse ruling the other are long gone. It would drive me crazy if my husband had to mind of his own, if I was forever having to tell him what to do. And I would never marry a man who thought he could control my every action. You are entitled to live your life the way you want to, marriage is so that you have someone to share your life with.

I believe marriage is a partnership, not one-upmanship. As a lady, I wouldn't marry a man expecting him to obey my directions - I wouldn't have expected myself to be giving directions at all, a man has his own thoughts and feelings, as is the case also with a woman. I'd expect open communication and mutual understanding.

I like to contral others so I rule my husband.However I respect my hubby as he is my lifetime parter.Even I make most decision of the family, my hubby is still a man,and a real man.We share a very happy life and enjoy the relation as wife rule husband. Your words seem to mean that the real man should not be ruled by wife,right?

i think a husband and a wife should be equal. they should respect each other becasue that's the way to love eah other :)
