I have verry little money now,but I should consider how long it will take me to buy a house of my own.It is impossible for me now,for the price of house is too high for me,I even can't pay the down payment.It depends on our income,the more income you earn ,the earlier you can buy a house.It is the biggest problem for me.A second-hand house is very pensive,too,I don't know why the price is so high.
If you have buy a house of your own,I think you have resolved the most important problem in your life,I have a very very long way to go in order to have a small house ,even a second-hand house.

Yes I bought my own house with a friend and we co-own and we purchased it just so our dogs would have a yard of their own.
I love not having a landlord- and rules about what you can do and how many pets you can have. And I wont even mention the noisy neighbors. So I enjoy having my own home .

I don't have a house yet... now the house i staying is my father's house... but me and my dear is planning to buy a house... but there really a big money there and we very difficult to buy and affort, so now still in our plan only... nowaday all the house very expensive, so, we are trying our best to make more extra money then we can have our new house soon....

I share your views.It is too difficult to buy a house now.My income is too little to buy one now,so I must try to make extra money in my spare time,too.Many of my friends have married,so I must be buy a house as earlier as I can.But I must face the reality,it is only a dream for me now.
I hope you can buy a house as soon as possible.

nope, i don't have a house of my own yet..i wish i did though! i so want my own property. marks one of my achievements in life haha! but houses are very expensive here so i can't afford it just yet..still gotta save up..

I does not have my own house yet. Currently staying with my husband in his father's own. We are planning to have our own property but like you said, the house is very expensive. With our current paycheck, we cannot even afford to pay for the 10% down payment here. Needless to say to own a HOUSE! Well, it is always my dream to own a comfy designed house. Sometimes I do wonder why some people can just easily own several house while we are struggling to get even a second hand house. We just have to accept the reality and use our own ability to get a home sweet home.
Apart from house, me and my husband is saving for our wedding ceremony. Yeah.. we cannot even afford to have a wedding ceremony yet but just legally registered.

Thanks to God, we do have our own roof.
But all these seven years, it has been a big struggle right from the word go.
Earlier for three years, we were in constant search for a suitable house. Later on, there was a struggle to keep afloat paying loanchecks at te end of every month.
With kids arriving on the scene,it became more difficult. But God looked afterall us in all our trying times and we have our own hous at last.

I am very happy to here that you have had a house of your own.It is very difficult for us at the begining.Now,the price of house is becoming higher and higher.I don't know when I can buy one.Now I am living in a rented house,for I want to lighten my parents' burden and buy house by myself.Hope the god show sympathy for me.
