ive just been prepareing a quiche for our dinner.i know im really tied today but have just cut myself three times.i have never done it so many times before.just hope the quiche turns out nice lol

I made quiche for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I was so nervous about it while it was baking! It tasted absolutely divine though, I'm going to make some more at the weekend.
I just did a plain cheese and onion one, and another one with sausages in it for my partner who hates onions. It looked very strange when I put it in the oven, all liquidy and wobbly. When it's cooked through though, all the mixture swells up and it looks and tastes great.
