Texas Grand Jury Indicts Cheney and Gonzales

A texas grand jury has indicted VP Cheney, Gonzales and other on separate charges of prisoner abuse in federal detention centers. It is being reported that these charges are response to a investigation into the Vanguard Group.
There is not alot of information out about this right now so I will have to do some digging to find out what is going on. So far the VP has said he has not recieved an indictment.
Anyone know what is going on? Can anyone fill me in on the Vanguard Group and how VP Cheney is connected to them?

on a note, the chances of this ever going to trial are prbably close to zero. even if there was a crime, it would in all likelyhood wind up before a federal judge before the summons was ever even issued and it's doubtfull a federal judge is gonna indict the vp on something like this, it's the good ol boys network.

oh my (shaking my head) more wasted tax dollars, more partisan BS. My kids fight and bicker less than our elected officials do (and are less petty too).

I'm sorry, I'm not even going to attempt to seem objective here. It's really not about partisanship, it's just that I absolutely, positively, totally DETEST the D1ck Cheney. I think he's one of the few people ever born on this earth who has no redeeming qualities whatsoever - zip, zero, NADA! He makes Darth Vadar seem like Mister Rogers.

You are fine annie. I laughed as I read it. To tell you the truth I am not a big fan either.
So far the whole thing looks like BS but it just came out so I will wait and see what happens and make up my mind after I get more information.
