hi gyimah, you are right. i want to add to that be careful also in dealing with stress. it is a factor that contributes to all sickness. sometimes people eat the right food but they are so stressed with their life. some diseases are being induced by stress. live a stress free life.

Health is very important. It is much better to be poor with good health rather than to be rich but having a frail body.If a person is healthy he can enjoy so much in life. So many opportunity will be waiting for him. He can have a good family, so many friend and a stable job. In fact, a healthy person is a successful person. It is one big factor for success. To be healthy, a person must consider what he eats, what he does, and what he thinks. In terms of food, he must be careful in choosing food he needs to eat. He must have a balance diet because too much and to little of something is not good. In terms of what he is doing, he must see to it that he is not abusing his body. He must observe exercising regularly. In terms of what he thinks, he must have a clean mind always. He must make sure to it that what he is thinking is something which will make our God proud of him.
