Tips on getting referrals to sign up under you

I'm kinda new here guys and I wanna have referrals, many of them to increase my earnings, could you give me tips on how to convince people to sign up under me? Any tips, suggestions or opinions would be much appreciated. Have a good day fellow mylotters.

Sorry Ican't help you out with that one..I dont worry about referals...I would say though that your best bet is to mention it to friends and/or family and just hope that they join....Other than that I really dont know wht to suggest

I feel the same way. I know that I won't get referrals. Because my friends and family members aren't Internet addicts like I am! ;) So, I just rely on my several quality postings every day. :)

i have 2 referrals and they are hardly on the site. oh well.

I think you must be kidding. Lol. 
If you get referrals, then you have to guide them properly here. Being a newbie here you must not have known much about mylot and the way to earn here. Try to reach the target of $1 per day. First you earn yar. Then you can find referrals.
If you get a referral now and if you don't guide them properly they may stay inactive. No use of them. So learn mylot and earn here. Then think about referrals.

Thanks for the enlightenment, I guess all I have to do is explain to them in detail what is it that makes business go round in here and motivate them since I already know so much about how do things round here, thank you so much, mylot has a really good vibe among its members huh? Referrals are a difficult subject on mylot as this site requires alot of participation and activity to earn so finding a referral with the time to spare may be problematic. I myself have no referrals and i'm not convinced that many people here do. Those who do will probably say that they don't earn to much through them because their not always that active. In my opinion it's best to just get on and post and enjoy yourself...if you gain a referral then that's a bonus but even if you find someone to join under you there's no guarantee they will stick at it.
