Which Dwarf are You

Pantomime season will soon be upon us and we will either be rushing with our little ones, and not so little ones, to "He's behind you" and "Oh yes he did" etc or hiding away from it all. I'm hoping that we'll have Snow White and the Seven Dwarves here. I've always seen myself as Dopey with a Little Happy thrown in for good measure. If you were to be one of the seven dwarves, which one would you be?

If the eighth dwarf is Tactless, then I'm claiming him, otherwise I want a share of Grumpy. I'm surprised all seven aren't grumpy after years of backbreaking work in a mine and then having to spend all their spare time looking after She Who Must Be Obeyed.

Maybe they liked looking after She Who Must Be Obeyed. Maybe that was their mission in life. Besides, She took good care of them.

Dopey on most days based on Disney's description:
So what if he wiggles his ears and shuffles his feet to his own skippity-skip beat? He's simply being himself, and that's pretty smart.
But if you catch me on a Monday night I'm definitely Grumpy with a little of their wicked step-cousin "Growly" thrown in for bad measure.

I actually asked my husband about this one and his response was sleepy and grumpy. I said gosh that was quick. It's sad, but it's true. I would agree with him on both of those. I am trying to be a little less of both though. I can't seem to get less sleepy though and I am a big coffee drinker, so caffeine doesn't help.

I think my sleepiness is partly due to my thyroid problems. I am not sure though because I am on meds for my thyroid, but haven't been on them on a consistent basis. I am not very good at remembering. Other than that, who knows.

LOL. Being sleepy is a pain. Provided that you eat properly and get some exercise it ought to be K. Assuming that there's no underlying medical reason. Are you stressed at home or work? That was the cause of my sleepiness. I ended up giving up work. Still yawn a lot though!

I'm a split between Happy and Grumpy. Mostly I'm Happy with a little Grumpy thrown in but not much. I don't even remember all the names!
Have you read Mirror Mirror by Gregory McGuire? It's the "true" story of Snow White. Very, very interesting, a great take on the old fairy tale. Confessions of an Ugly Step Sister is what the real story of Cinderella must have been like, and Wicked give a credible personal story of the Wicked Witch from The Wizard of Oz. I highly recommend his books!

Hi p1key,
You cannot be Dopey because I've always have been and will be Dopey and I've got the height for it, hehehe, and I do like Happy too. I like all the seven Dawarfs I think they are brill.

Well lets see now there is Happy, Sleepy, Sneezey, Grumpy, Dopey, Bashful and Doc.
I think I am a bit of all of them really. Most of the time I am Happy, I don't get as much sleep as I would like so I am usually a bit sleepy especially in the morning, when the sun comes out I am always sneezey, when I don't get enough sleep I can get grumpy, it goes without saying, like yourself, I am dopey, I am bashful in certain situaitions and I am always the doctor when my kids are not well.
So I will have to say all of the above!

i'd say im grumpy because I always manage to see the negative side of things. And im doc because im always analizing everything to see what it really is. and i can usually come up with a plan of action and a solution.

I am reserving myself as "Snow White", too many dwarfs around....
At least I can try to invite myself into your tiny dwarfs place and stay overnight...

Hmmm I am not sure which dwarf I am as it changes. I was grumpy up until recently, I am always sleepy as I have not slept properly for 2 years. I am sometimes happy although at the moment that seems like a distant memory. Is there a forgetful one?
Maybe I will have to be Dopey, forgetful, grumpy and occasionally happy.

let's see who r the dwarfs again? it has been a while for me. bashful, happy, grumpy, dopey, sneezy, sleepy, doc.
when i was little i was always very shy. so, i guess i am Bashful.
