I need help picking which to pay for dragonfable or adventure quest?

I am going to pay for a lifetime membership for one of these two sites, dragon fable or adventure quest...please let me know which one I should pick. I need help since I like both. I like these two because you can play for free but can opt for a one time fee to upgrade for lifetime membership. Other sites you have to continually buy gamecards to get little items and the free sections suck plus the downloads are choppy.

There are plenty of other games & other things to spend your money on but if you really wanted to choose between the two i've heard much better things about Adventure Quest then Dragon Fable. Heck. I've barely even heard of Dragon Fable which kind of says things for itself since I play just about any game I can get my hands on lol, 
I actually liked Adventure Quest.. but I couldn't see myself paying for it!

Yeah I have small amount my husband sent me on paypal to buy a membership in one of these games because they run good on our net connection (crappy wi-fi) and are a one time only charge compared to when we both played wow ...it cant run on my wi-fi..
But by all means if someone can refer me to some other sites for fun games that are a one time charge of 20 or less then please send it here...
