Recommendation on site to post Sign Up Offers

Hi MyLottians, I am currently looking into posting Sign Up Offers to get active referrals for my PTC sites. Does anyone know of good sites that offer such services? I have checked out Clixncash but with rates $2.5 for 10 sign ups. However, the site seemed to have been monopolised by a user call davidoff (his ref id in all sign up offers and I have signed up under him but he never honour his offers). I am afraid that the reputation of the section might have been tarnished by his member. I have also thought of using my webpage to offer sign ups and offerring $0.50 in return for active clicks of 12 days (to offset my cost and the referral will be looking forward to continue from there). However, who would trust me in this case...looking forward to suggestions. Thanks in advance...
