No doubt, software people are earning more.Ordinary man just cant even think of the remuneration they get.But they are not getting it as easy as one shall think. They work under pressure and have to forget anything other than their project. They also have to live a mechanical life before computers.Do you still think they are paid more than they deserve?

I am working as a network engineer in a software firm and much similar with the job atmosphere in the firm.Their jog schedule is very tight compared to us.I think there were getting the correct remuneration for their hard work.

I'm a software developer, and I always don't think people who write software are earning a lot. As there are many people studying Information Technology or Computer Science because of the trend, and there are just so many IT grads out there looking for jobs. Hence, the pay is becoming lower and lower. Sometimes I do not think the software people deserve for that low pay, as they have to work extra time without paying extra. Sometimes, they even need to work on weekends, days and nights. Perhaps not only the software people work under pressure, perhaps everyone has work pressure too.
