Do your spouse make you angry? What do you do to clam down?

It is sad if the wife goes to jail and the husband becomes too ill to work and they have children. When you get in a fight with your spouse, and really angry, what do you do? How do you get yourself to clam down?

I don't think things have progessed to a level where I'd ever consider lashing out and striking my partner. I think that's insane. If things are that bad then it's time to walk away. I'd rather hurt myself than hurt someone else.

yes it is better to walk away than lash out. I believe many couples before getting married should have some counseling on how to deal with differences of opinions and also realize what they want with raising families too. If the opinions are too different then they should reconsider before getting married and having kids. thanks for your post.
