The average length of hours sleep is 8 to 10 hours, however, to working people, that average sleep is hardly achieving.
On my part, it is not that easy to accomplish 8 hours sleep. That is why during weekends, I would see to it that I have enough sleep. If not, I make sure to take my vitamisn to balance that insufficient sleep.
How about you? Do you have a hard time to reach at least or at most 8 hours sleep?

It has been awhile now or should I say years that I am depriving myself of 8 hours worth of sleep. During weekdays, I tend to get only 6 or less hours of sleep and only weekends or holidays I can give myself 6 or more hours of sleep.
Why less than 6 hours? I am fond of watching tv shows late night.

I usually do have troubles sleeping 8 hrs long. Usually my back starts to hurt if I sleep 8 hrs I don't know why but it's always done that since I was in my late teens. I usually slept decently unless there was something on my mind. Though now I have kids and someone is always up and about making some kind of noise during the night and I took on a pt night shift job so I've been having troubles either getting to sleep or getting back to sleep once I've been disturbed by a kid or a cat. And today it was a kid coughing so now I'm awake and doing my thing on MyLot... may as well earn a few pennies while I"m up right? *LOL*
But typically 5-7hrs.

i always lack sleep.i think i'm that lucky enough to get an 8hour straight sleep.with so many things and chores to do at home, there's only little time for me to rest or take a nap.i can even say that 24 hours is not enough (lol) but i try to squeeze in all the things that i needed to do so i can finish them all.
happy mylotting!

Hello there maean!
I always havethe time but I find it hard to sleep these days.
Even if I sleep, I just wake up suddenly and I don't know why.
When I sleep at night, I usually wake up around dawn; and I find it hard to sleep again.
But they tell me, lost sleep cannot be compensated anymore. Even if you sleep more the next day, the benefits of sleeping you've lost the day before cannot be compensated.

I think I only need 7 hours to sleep per day . The length of sleep time is depend on my work .Alough I l want to lay on my bed till 10'clock during the weekend. I think a good sleeping habit will do much help to the people who could not have enough sleeping time.If you get up at 6'clock ,go to bed at 23'clock on time everyday .I think it will make you feel more better.

Very rarely on work nights do I get 8 hours. I aim for 6 hours. If I am stressed or preoccupied with work, I have some troubles falling asleep. The exception to this rule is when I have to work the occasional night shift. I HAVE to get 8 hours, and even then it doesn't feel like enough.
I always try to "make up" sleep on the weekends, but I don't really know if that is truly possible.
