ei guys pano ko mag sign up sa paypal?meron ako banco de oro international cash card.wala ako credit card kasi wala p naman ako work..teach me how pls.

Register first on paypal and you can visit any union bank branch near you to apply for an EON card.You just pay an annual fee of P350 and no maintaining balance needed.

it has to be premium to receive cash from other paypal users or receiving payments from mylot.
