i eat and eat and eat and eat, with no diets and managing what i eat and all that jazz, yet im thin, slim, wtw we want to call me...the thing is its not genes or what portion of food i eat that keeps me so thin, its just simply the way i think....its all in the mind, scientifically, the more u think abt gaining weight or losing weight the more u get of weight. try focusing on the word "thin"...instead of going "im so fat", go "im so thin"..in your mind, focus , "im so thin...im soo thin..my god im so happy now that iv got the perfect figure"...and what would help is you imagining how it would look lyk wen u reach that perfect figure...:D..it will happen a 100%..trust me on this...feel what u say, because thats wat ur gonna get. cheers..:D

That's what a couple people told me. I'm always worried about my weight, trying to loose some. I think the more i think about it which is always, the harder it is.

I would suggest heaps of cardio workouts.. make yourself sweat like crazy.. depending on your weight and height and age etc.. you should look up (or ask a professional) what heart rate you should be aiming for to get good weight lose results... also, obviously, set yourself an eating diary, write down everything you've eaten throughout the day including drinks and keep watch of it - that will help you pay attention to how much junky foods you are eating. Also try to drink 3 litres of water a day, slightly more depending on how much you are exercising, as that will help cleanse your system out. I think it's going to take some 8 weeks to reduce fat content.

Of course doing exercises to lose weight is the best method. I am afraid that the medicines will have some negative results. After all, they are medicines. It's not natural. I love China

Hello plumwish07.. I think it is better for you to have a regular exercise. If you take pills or other shortcut way it will give some bad side effect. You got what you want but then your health will crush.. Exercise may help you to get good body shape and also maintain your health.. I know it is not easy to practice it, but there is a will there is a way.. I know you can do it babe.. One more thing, make sure you take balanced diet because that the most important.

my friend tried fruit diet for 2 weeks.while doing that, she jogged 5 days a week and continued playing judo every weekend. from 58kg, she went down to 50kg. now, she just maintains her weight by jogging everyday and she eats anything that she likes.she can't continue playing judo though because she left our city 4 months ago.

I use the South Beach Diet, which really isn't a diet but a way of eating that you can do for life so that you won't gain weight back after you lose it. It's just eating smart by replacing bad fats and bad carbs with good fats and carbs- you eat lean meats, veggies, whole grains -- that type of stuff. The first two weeks you eat mostly lean meats and veggies, while you detox your body from the bad carbs, but get to add back healthy carbs after that. Exercise is also recommended, but not required. I've done great with it. My highest weight was 218. Today I weigh 136 and plan to be at 128, which is my goal, by the end of the year.

All you have to do is cut sugar consumption and walk for 1/2 a day. No sugar at all and you can eat what you want. I mean no sugar with coffee and tea and no drinking soda. If you can do it, you don't need anything else.

I do not believe in diet pills so I always exercise and eat well to keep my weight in check. it takes time to shed off a couple of pounds or so. Sometimes, it takes weeks or even a month to get rid of a couple of unwanted pounds and in most cases, it is even harder to keep these unwanted pounds off once you get rid of them. The best thing to do here is continue exercising and eating a balanced diet.

I think the length of time needed to lose weight depends greatly on how much you actually want to lose. I joined a gym a couple of years ago and although I lost an initial few pounds here and there my weight loss stopped after i'd lost half a stone. Have still got a little bit of weight to lose to get down to my ideal weight although it's taking a little longer than i'd like. Find that once you've lost a bit your body tends to slow down in terms of weightloss which can be a little disappointing. Diets I find are very difficult to stick to have read about numerous ones which boast they do this and they do that but when i've given them ago the food you have to eat is either really disgusting, doesn't fill you up or is very very boring and used to just leave me craving all the fatty cakes and biscuits I love. The most effective way I lost a couple of extras pounds was through Paul Mckenna's think yourself thin system...when your feeling hungry you rate your self on a scale of 1-10 1 being full and 10 being starving. The idea is not to eat when your starving as your body will believe it won't get fed again for a while so will store all the fat from the next thing you eat. Would have said the best time to eat is when your around a 7. Also if you find the urge to snack alot like me....then try and keep yourself active and your mind focused on something else. I too am still looking to lose a little more so will be interested to see what other users here have to say too.

I say exercise. It helps with the heart and breathing as well as works your muscles. Sometimes when you just take pills it effects your metabolism but not your heart and lungs, so you still get winded all the time. Working out does all these things and is good for you too. Besides it's a great habit to get into so you'll feel better in the long run anyway.

Regular exercise and diet is important to weight control. No coke drink, no fast food. These stuff are very harmful to your health. It took me about half a year to have a normal weight again.

Hi plumwish07. Ok, I believe if you worry too much about losing weight, you tend to eat more, right? So, my suggestion to you is stop worrying about your weight. Don't diet, eat because you need to eat to nourish your body and not because you feel like eating. If you feel like snacking, try to eat fruits or salad instead. And don't forget to exercise, best exercise is brisk walking everyday if you can. Good luck.

Exercise and watching what you eat is the best way to lose weight. The main thing to losing weight is you need to burn more calories than you take in for the day. To lose 1 pound you need to burn off 3500 calories. So if you burn off 500 calories a day for 7 days you would lose 1 pound a week.

I suggestion for you that you better go for Yoga than any medicines. Yoga not only reduces your weight it helps to improve your health. Also it will help you to keep you slim. Even swimming will help to reduce weight.

i also wanted to cut down some pounds but i don't think taking medicines/diet pills can help me achieve a slimmer body.. as we all know, those medicines can bring side effects to our bodies so it's best if we just take the natural method, exercise and diet.. you can do simple exercises at home like yoga and aerobics.. then go for healthy foods such as fish, fruits and veggies.. good luck =)
