I preferred to sleep with the light off, Its easy to felt sleep when the light turn off. And that's why God give us the dark as night to make this comfortable with us, because our body also react in light, just like we are energizer with the sun rise.

Definitely lights off! But if you are just so tired, no matter how bright the room is, it doesn't matter anymore.. You'll be all knocked out anyway..

I too prefer sleeping with lights off. I don't get proper sleep with any kind of light around. I try to make my room as dark as possible before going to sleep at night.

hi memoo... well when i want to sleep then it does not bother whether the light is on or off... but i usually turn it off to save power. otherwise heavy noice or even light can't prevent me from sleeping... sometime when i am too tired or when the next day is off, then i sleep 1am to 1pm... and noone can wake me up... you know i like dreaming and i love sleeping.

I can't fall into sleep with the lights on. I prefer my room dimmed prior t sleeping so I can condition my mind and doze off easily. I'm a light sleeper, too, so any noise or abrupt change in lighting, will immediately wake me up.

hi! lights off please.. can't sleep with the lights on. If I ever get to sleep during the day, which is rare, I draw down the curtains too.

I like to sleep with my lights off because I sleep better. A light on will get on my nerves. Being in the dark just relaxes me and I can fall asleep faster that way.

Hi friend,I usually don't put on light and sleep but since a month I am always switching on dim light although I don't feel comfortable to sleep with the light on still I have to since I am staying all alone and the locality I am residing right now,it is not so safe anymore. My parents are at native,so I am all alone and needs to be extra careful.I am new to the place and I hardly know people from the locality,on top of that language problem.Happy myLotting!

hello there friend... if you ask me, i pretty much can sleep under the light or in darkness also... if you're so sleepy, i think you can sleep under bright light also... but some people can't sleep under the light... because they already used to sleep under darkness so they can't tolerate it...
