Hope no one is offended but I really think this is a funny joke.. A blond and a brunette are on an elevator. A very handsome man gets on and the women are looking at each other and secretly fanning theirselves. They notice the man has a terrible case of dandruff. He gets off the elevator and the brunette says " He sure was hot but he could sure use some Head and Shoulders." The blond looked thoughtful then asked "How do you do shoulders?"
