I have just had a conversation with a good male friend of mine who has suffered from a stutter all of his life. We began to try to remember people who we knew that have suffered from a stutter and between us, could not recall a female, not one. If there are any women out there who stutter, let me know, or if you have a female friend who has a stutter please respond. Thanks

I stutter a lot actually. I never did it before, it's fairly recent.

Not that I know of. I've also developed dyslexia. I read numbers backwards and I see words all jumbled up sometimes.

Well, I am a woman, and I don't know of any other woman that does stutter. But, I have stuttered when I get nervous or scared. My uncle got hurt in the military, and he know stutters from an injury. That is the only person that I think of at the moment that stutters..

Of course women stutter. I've had teachers who stuttered and I know a lot of girls who stutter.
