Internet dating.moving to complete strangers house with kids.

I have just read a discussion from women who move to the mans house miles away from what they have told them over the internet,well I am concerned for them ,the man could be a great man and everything could be wonderful I sincerely hope they safe.What makes someone trust what they are told they could be moving to a lot of danger or change their minds and not want them there.What is going to happen then,these women actually take their kids with them it defys all logic,they have not even checked them out for prison records or if they are winos or junkies. Call me to carful if you like but it would not suit me.What do you think.

it was a big move for me 3 1/2 years ago, however it was just me, and i did have plenty of proof of who and what he was.

i do agree with you on the other discussion. i too commented on that discussion. i would not have made the move i did without us meeting first. and i don't think it's a smart thing to just up and move like that, with children involved, when they never met except online. there are a lot of 'posers' online, and we all know that.
