why my payment is still????

hi i am doing bux.to from 5 months in my account i am having around $22 but i have made requested for payment before 2 months back but still i have'nt got payment why???
if u have any idea about payment plz tell me......

i registered in bux.to and neobux also.
but neobux payed me n bux.to didnt pay me

I've $15 in bux.to and have requested payment in june and still waiting.. not sure they'll pay me huh...
.They have a long queue for processing the payments.I have made my payment request in the month of march.Eight months have gone.still i have not received my payment.
