We must earn money as money we need to pull on. In order to earn money some of us work under some owners of some concerns. Thus we work in the banks or in any other financial organization, we work in the factories or render services as teachers and in one of many sectors. There we sweat and earn money. We are bound to accept the norms established there. Our employment depends on the pleasure of the owners or of the persons who supervise our jobs. There are other ways of earning too. There we are the owners and we have to plan and make the blue-print of the jobs and engage others to get our jobs regularly done and we are to sell the products or services produced. In both cases there are pros and cons. Which one will you select if situation demands?
