During an interview, how do you answer that question?

Honesty is always the best policy and I can tell you as someone who has interviewed people- HR managers, hiring managers don't like to hear... I'm too compassioante or I work late trying to make sure everything is done, etc. Ask yourself do you have a hard time delegating or mulittasking or completing a project, those things are honest and can be worked around. This question is designed to test a persons honesty and openness, so be open and honest. You just might surpurise yourself.

Look through the job spec and look for weaknesses in relation to the job e.g you have not used such a such a software but you are a quick learner and could pick it up fast.

I would say that I am quite shy but I have learnt to get around that. I lack confidence but I am good at learning new things. I think what ever your weakness is you should be honest because if you are not you will usually get found out.

Usually honestly. I would say anything that isn't one of my strongpoints I am always willing to work on to make them better:)

I would have to tell them I do not have any. Especially ones related to the job itself. I might say this, but depending on the job position " As far as weaknesses, I feel that my management skills could be stronger, and I am constantly working to improve them."

I think if you say you don't have any, they won't believe you.

i would say that i do not consider them as weaknesses, i see them as "challenges". i would also say that i am definitely not a perfect person, so i encounter a lot of "challenges" just like everybody else. one thing about me though is that i face my "challenges" heads on and i make sure that i learn from them.
