if u r muslim and say ur prayers regularly then its not essential to do exercise daily

i do bot regularly but i try to exercise atleast once a week i know its like nothing nut it is what it is.

no i dont. but i keep my appetite and my eating under control. i have healthy food. i dont over eat fried or junk foods. eat fruits with fibres.. avoid too much sugar. thats it.

I exercise about three to four times a week. The most important thing for wieght loss is the calories that you take in. If you want to lose weight, then you have to eat less, or eat better foods for you. It is easier said than done, though, because I still have about 20 pounds that I want to lose, but I just love to eat too much.

am doing xrcise daily for an hour.. very hard but its based on routines.. u shudd give rest once in a week

I try to exercise on a regular basis but the past couple months I've really slacked off...I've been working on getting back into the routine mind you and I have no excuse not to workout considering i have a home gym and treadmill.....

i also gained a lot of excercises in the past some days as i was stuck wid my exams but now i have realised ur health and ur body is the most important.even ur brain works good if ur fine with ur health.obesity is the cause of many probs.so take a step right now before its too late.go for proper excercises and a balanced diets.all the best

exercise is must for everyone ,i daily do running and some exercises, you check the site www.ruchihealth.com there is given a diet program by which you can reduce weight upto 3-4 kg in week

At the moment, I'm not exercising nearly as much as I should be. I have lost weight before, but have trouble sticking with it because it feels like a chore. Yes, we should all have some form of physical activity. It's what helps to keep us healthy and living longer lives. What has really worked for me is activity that doesn't make me feel like I'm exercising. I would suggest getting into a routine that isn't harsh, and that you don't have to think too much about or force yourself to do. Find something active that you like to do, and do it regularly, say 3 times a week. Unfortunately, we should also pair this with healthy eating... Why is healthy food so disgusting??? LOL

I gain weight easily so have to workout atleast to look good . And most importatnt is it keeps you healthy & active .I go to gym most of the time but if cant make it i make it a point that i walk that day to loose some calories .I love walking with my favt music on .Just thinking of what you can do wont make a diffrence just get out of the couch & start doing it . So dear start doing execise gradualy . any activity which you enjoy and you can stick to it . Add your favourite time pass to it like music or television . Once you build some stamina you will your self love it. All the best!

I do not exercise. Have been planning to start for quite a while now...Either I do not get time or I feel too lazy. But thanks to my genes m quite slim naturally.
