Does anyone use the Remote Assistance facility on Windows XP?

I am into computers and maintenance and I have heard about this windows remote assistance facility that comes with windows xp. I haven't used it as yet though and would like to know if you have. With me being the technician I would like to help others with their computers offering them support remotely. It mentions that you can use messenger for this so I guess the customer also has to be using messenger. What are your thoughts on this? Andrew

didn't know this. but my friend use his own he made up if i am having trouble with my computer. but i guess that is for them if you have trouble

where would be at on xp ? yeah my firend is suppose to make me a remote program up so when some of my friends need help i can help them out..
