OMG. i encounter the same experience. my EON was deposited by my sisters an amount that i badly needed after i got my card from the bank. they told me that my card will be activated within 24 hours. I withdraw the amount to the nearest atm machine but the machine said my card not yet activated. i am far away from their office so it was costly to visit their branch because i need to spent Php 350 back and forth. What I did I open their website and look their telephone directory. I got the number and called their office. I used cellphone because there's no telephone here. I call 4 times but still my account not yet activated until they found out that the form i give them was not received by their Cebu office. Davao branch confirmed that they sent the form. I am angry with them why they didn't activate my card, it was not my fault. so they give me their cellphone number and give me another 24 hours to locate the form. after 24 hours, they found my form and my account was then activated. Grrrrr!

Thank God, I have not experienced such kind of ordeal. When I got my EON Visa Electron card, the bank employee who assisted me asked me to deposit at least php100 so my card can be activated. Then, after depositing she told me to go check my EON card at the ATM machine outside the bank to check if it's already activated and it did! :P Well... before she told me what to do, I already asked her questions even before filling up my application form.

the best time to call the customer service is at 4AM to 5AM, base on my experiences.

I think the best thing for you to do is go to the nearest Union Bank and file your complain there... that was what i did when i couldn't reach the customer service of the internet provider for my office... and it was then that i found out that there were only two of them... and they were alo in charge of entertaining walk in clients... very pitiful...

I'm having the same problem. I enrolled my EON two days ago but still can't log in. It should be 48 hours after you enrolled and your ready to log in but it doesn't happen. Maybe the there is a problem. I have tried to e-mail them but no answer from them. Hopefully by Monday everything is okay.
