Contest Entries, addicting or not?

I guess I learned this from my mother, but everytime I come across an entry toa contest I enter it. Like my bank was doing a contest and every time you deposited money the teller would give me a scratch off card with a code to enter online...and then right now the dollar store is having their contest where you enter the codes from the bottom of your receipt online...and I also entered various other online stuff too. Like other contests I wonder if there really are any winners, or if I am just trying to live that other form of scratch off dream that may not cost me money but does caost me a few precious moments of my time. Either way back in the day my mother was headstrong and entered everything, never online stuff cause she hates computers. But I remember as a kid she used to win tickets to movies and music and free food just by listening to the radio. I think she was the reason they came up with only one winner per household in a certain period of time LOL Are you a contest junkie?
