How's you relationship to all the people surrounding you?
How do you respond to all the emerging and sometime annoying/irritating issues?
What do you usually do?
Me, I Call people by name: The sweetest sound to be heard by anyone is the sound of her/his name, and smile to everyone, even though they're strangers.

Hi there!
I think my relation with people around me is just fine. Though I am a quiet person in nature I get along well with others. I believe its because I am flexible and can easily adjust and understand others because I seldom have conflicts with other people.
I also prefer calling by first names. It's more casual and creates a more at home feeling with each other. I also like others calling me by my first name. But for strangers, I would call them sir or ma'am at first until such time I more bonded with them.
