Want to know the secret ingredient of it? Read this one to reveal the secret ingredient. here are the things you need to do. 1. when you wake up, bursh your teeth(so that your tastebud won't feel food or you won't crave one.) 2. drink 500ml of water. (around 3 glasses. first, you'll feel heaviness in your stomach because it has nothing in it. you'll feel that way for the first time, but you'll get used to it. JUST always think "I WANT TO LOOSE WIGHT.") 3. after 2 hours from the time you drank the 500ml water, eat your normal meal (it doesn't matter if you eat much of not, just eat your usual meal.) 4. during mealtime, DON'T drink any COLD drinks(water, softdrink, juice, etc. so that the food you've eaten will easily digest in your stomach. if you drink cold liquid, the fats wouldn't burn. it will leave only in your tummy.) 5. I can attest to this being semi effective. This system works on the I'm full plan. If your body thinks you are full, you pretty much won't be hungry. I suggest everyone drink water prior to each meal (at least 15 minutes prior), and even drink with your meal. Water is just a placeholder for the other fats and unneeded items in your system. Above all else, remember exercise and a proper diet is truly what makes you lose weight.
