I have double job, and they make me work 12 hours a day. But after I get home, I still can be infront of computer for 2,5 hours, but still find it's difficult to sleep. But, why, if I find an interesting book, I always fall asleep after few pages, though I try so hard to open my eyes, coz I reaaly want to read the book. When I want to sleep, I can't. But when I want to stay awake, I always fall asleep. It drives me mad.

Interesting post. Well, this can be the cause of physical surmenage. I don't know what kind of work do you do, but it seems to be more physical that intellectual, and i'm not offensing you here, i did the same once. A great man said once "Do what is better for you not what you like". So, instead of taping in front of the computer, you have to sleep, beacause restoring your daily powers is a must. Excessive computering can be a big damage after a hardwork day. So, the time for reading books has to be much more than that spent in front of computer. so easy to say, but so hard to do, isn't it? :))

Well, I work as an administrator from 07.00-14.00. Then I work at a pharmacy ( I do data input) from 15.00 to 20.00. But what I totally don't understand is this, even if I finally manage to sleep, I always awake 2-3 times. I always, then, look for something to eat in the fridge and start to eat. chips, cookies, anything I can find. But not in a lot portion. Then I go back to sleep. I don't know, I started this habit 2 years ago. I don't get fatter though and I 'm not having bulimia. Is this a kind of disease or somehing? Since I don't eat a lot, and I don't get fatter, and have no health problem with that, I haven't seen any doctor.

Oh ,I think all you need is relax yourself. find another job you are interested in,but do only one job. if someone is very nervous , he may fail to sleep well. So I think you must do some change in your life and work now, lack sleep will do harm to your health.
