Do you like to eat soft or hard taco shells?

I like both of them, But, I really enjoy eating the soft shells. It is so much easier to enjoy. I love the fullness that it gives. When we were in school. we used to always eat hard taco shells for lunch. They were so crunchy. Now, I will go to Taco Bell and order the soft shells. I love eating it. It tastes so fresh and cool. I love the hot beef that they put inside of it. Along with the cheese. And lettuce. What a wholesome treat!

I enjoy both, but if I had to choose, it would be hard shell. With my tacos, I love to put on lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. So, when I go to taco Bell, sometimes I get one crunchy and one soft taco, both supremes with no tomatoes.
Supreme with no tomato. It actually cost less to order it that way at Taco Bell than to get a regular taco add sour cream.@mindym (978)

That's funny rhat you said that because one time years ago I ordered a regular taco with sour cream and the person who took my order told me it would be cheaper to get a taco supreme with no tomato. Thank goodness for them because I probably would still be ordering the "more costly" way.:)

I like both, but I prefer hard tacos. I used to only eat the soft ones. I was a manager at a Taco Bell for 2 1/2 years, so I got my fill of tacos. I rarely eat them now, but when I do I get hard tacos with meat, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. Gotta have the sour cream.

I'm the same way. I like both, but, I prefer soft because of the fullness that it gives. Once in awhile I enjoy the crunch of the hard shell, but, not too often.

I rarely eat hard taco shells anymore since they are not desired by my SO. We occasionally get them, but for the most part, will just make nachos if I am craving that crunch.

A few years ago I loved soft shells and would almost NEVER eat hard shell Tacos.But now it depends on the taste and what I would like on my taco.
But now I mainly prefer hard Tacos.;)

I prefer the hard shell. Unfortunately one is never enough for me I always want more, I can eat 3 or 4 in one go and at 200 calories a pop for Taco Bell tacos I have to avoid them.

I prefer the crunchy taco shells. However, due to problems with my teeth I am resorting to eating soft tacos right now. I have never quite understood that though. To me a soft taco is not a taco but a burrrito. lol.

I like both. The soft for taco's and the hard for taco salad. I love taco bell's crunch wrap's, both shells in one, YUMMY.

i like a combination of both soft and hard shells! so tasty 
when i go to Taco Bell (which isnt that often) i always order the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. its a hard taco with the beef, lettuce cheese and sauce in it and a soft taco covering the hard taco on the outside stuck together by melted cheese...now THATS yummy! LOL

Personally it really depends on where you get them, and if they are at home or at a restaurant somewhere, but most of the time I really prefer the Soft shell because they do not get soggy, or break, or hard to chew. I think overall personally there is a lot more you can do with soft shell, and it surprises me how a lot of places out there charge so much extra for soft shell as well.

I don't mind either. I would prefer soft taco's over hard shells. I hate how the hard shells fall appart when you bit into them and can come sometimes create a mess while you are eating. But if I go by price at the grocery store they are about the same but the soft shells I also find more useful in making a few other dishes.

I prefer softer taco shells because I always end up being messy witht he crispy taco shells. I think you can imagine the vegetables falling on every bite, I prefer the soft shell tacos because the veggies stays on their place. which is much more comfortable and less messy.

I don't like hard taco shells. It starts out fine at first, but since I take my time when eating, the meat and sauce make the hard shell soft and it breaks apart. It's very annoying and I can't enjoy eating a taco like that.
Also, I think the soft shells taste better. The hard ones that I've eaten were made from corn and the soft ones, flour. I prefer the taste of flour shells than corn.

yes! Both are very good. As I look back at my favor Mexicans restraint, hard taco shell was so crunchy when you bite down on it. I like the sound of it and then, water it down with a good cold one. I like the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, with some good hot taco sauce with beef. The soft taco shell was my favorite when I was with my friends or at the movies. You can always could carry two or three in your pouch for later.
