In baking for the holidays, I am looking for low sugar recipes for Christmas cookies. I have five grandchildren and I dont want them all having sugar rushs. What are your suggestions for goodies to make for children, that are healthy and low sugar?

I don't have any cookie recipes off the top of my head, but I have a great low sugar fruit dip that was a huge hit for Thanksgiving (actually I make it yearly).
Orange Fruit Dip
1 1/2 c. cold milk (I use skim)
1 c. (6oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 small package instant sugar free pudding mix
1/4 c. sour cream
In a bowl, whisk milk, orange juice concertrate and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or till soft-set. Whisk in sour cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
I cut up a golden pineapple and some jonathan apples. But it is really great with any fruit that's in season!
