pasta lover

I love pasta too!! here in Italy we use to eating it very often... I could advise a recipe very easy to do: "pasta alla puttanesca": it's a tomato sauce in which you add pepper, oil and garlic.. I often eat it, because it's easy and quick to do and very good for a lover of hot dishes like me. besides, it's very good pasta cooked in the oven... you have to cover it with besciamella and sauce.. it's very good, particulary suitable in winter.. it's good also "pasta alla norma". it was invented in the southern of Italy and it is dressed with a sauce of tomato, oil, olives and grilled eggplant

Other than Spaghetti, you can also try pasta salads. They are just awesome and also allows you to experiment with different combinations - like you can add your onw veggie and fruit favorites, or sauces etc. I always love making pasta salad for this reason. I like getting the jumbo shells cooking them and stuffing them with meat sauce. Then layer them with cheese and bake them. Bon appetite.

the only spaghetti recipe i know are the italian spaghetti and carbonara. i put all purpose cream and condensed milk in our italian spaghetti sauce, yummm!! try it! do you know Sopas? it's a macaroni soup. but my mother uses pasta to alter the elbow macaroni for the sopas, and put some whole kernel corn to add flavors to the soup.
