Myot Suggestion..maybe

I have been here on Mylot for sometime now and I know I can't help myself but to help the newbies that need help in doing things...So I would like to make a suggestion of maybe having a Mylot Library, or info desk or maybe even Mylot members lounge or whatever they would like to call it, where there is a prominate area where newbies can go to look up the various help topics such as...
1. How to upload Avatar. 2. How to customize profile page. 3. Guidelines ..instead of having them down in the small print at the bottom of the page. 4. Goals..a set out of how many points to reach for each goal..like stars, being able to copy & paste, and maybe other things if anyone can think of any. and most inportantly a good clear explanation of when payment is made , how it is made, through what sites, and whatever people need to know...
I suggest this as I can't help answering these questions to the newbies as i know when I first started i needed a lot of help in these areas...just a suggestion.

That is definetly a great suggestion. Im sure alot of newbies do need alot of help. Although, when i register for websites like this i always read the FAQ's first or the help page. To get answers on how to earn and how much i can earn, things like that.
But thats a great idea a mylot library, i like that.

You have a point here, or better be called Mylot Recommendation table. I had something like that in my mind before but due to problems on logging here in mylot I forgot it to discuss here. I hope mylot reads your post and do it.

This to me, is a wonderful suggestion. That would be nice...however that would cut down on the posts people make when trying to find out these things. I mean, making post asking questions is all a part of mylotting and making money posting...isn't it. I still think it's a great idea.

Hello lilaclady. I think that this is a very good suggestion and I hope that mylot will take it into consideration because it can really help not only newbies but help regular mylotters as well. Wow, you have been here for awhile. Look at the number by your name. It is probably
the biggest number I have seen here so far. Good for you. You are obviously a very
active member here and that is good. I have been a member for just over a year now and
I am pretty active myself and my number isn't anywhere near yours. Congratulations on
that. You must of earned a fair amount here since becoming a member.
I like the newbie questions as it gives me more to respond to. I like to help them as
much as you do so I will continue to do so. Even if there were a suggestion box with
all the information you are talking about, the newbies would still ask questions because
they wouldn't look around and it is easier to just ask and since asking, getting paid
for the asking.

I think it is a very good idea. When ever I start on a new site, it is extremely confusing. I think it woud be very helpful for newbies to have some kind of a help area that explains things. I think it is a great suggestion.

You really have many posts here and you have the great experience in Mylot. Your ideas are very nice to the newbies. I hope mylot will adopt your suggestion because newbies can be familiar with here sooner. And therefore they will be active and it's good for Mylot.

What a good idea, when I fisrt came, I had no idea about anything and had to ask for help from my friens, and I still don't know a few things I should be doing here so it is a good idea, maybe put it forward to MyLot and see what happens.

as a relitivly newbie myself I LVE that idea and would make use of all of it. I tend to not want to bother folks, but would love to learn things as I go, but having a newbies help section would be great. although they do have some info already here, it is still tons more that the more expierenced could tell us. tahnks I hope mylot listens to this one!

Hello my friend lilaclady Ji,
Very nice of you for starting sucha important discussion, and all such points may be considered at next review at myLot admin. I further wish to add another point, that I have observed, when i want to respond some discussion, window is opened with message for deletion. In such cases, tehre should be some place, where individual/responder may peep into to find out the reason for deletion and after it has been deleted, why a thread ever remains. Even sometimes, Log-in fails without any sufficient reasons, so mylot may inform or even give warning for individual's mistakes in advance. New members and as well asold members would be benifited. may God bless and have a great time.

Very good suggestion I think.I also suffered here at the starting and till now I cannot say that I know every single thing about mylot.But the best and most required of all these suggestions I think is to Make a separate area for GOALS mark.That is really required most urgently otherwise it is very heard for people to know that what amount of post they have to reach to do certain things here.

That is a fantastic suggestion.I am sure there are many members who need to know about the basics of mylot.When i joined initially, i too felt a bit lost,not knowing how to use the site properly.An information or help topic would be very helpful for beginners and members too, so that we can refer to it from time to time :)
