how many of u prefer to have a great shape of body.. how many of u workout in gym and has brought a change in ur structure????

Yea my dream was but the DR Suggestion make your body naturally don't join a gym My cousin wanna real body shape not gym he hated Body builders only like Normal person so i was very confused because its very hard to build a body naturally what about ya??? have a nice day.

well i am not interested in body building but i am interested in maintain my physique in good shape(no belly) so i do workout to maintain my physique...

I thinks every youngster has dream to have perfect body shape but its not so simple as it sound building good shape body need very hard work out even I have tried some time but iam not able to keep it my rutine

I think when talking about good shape depends from person or even from race. For instance south east asians have smaller built compared to americans and europeans. But in terms of body building, yes it is true that a lot of hard work is required to have a great shape of body. All i can say is that proper diet and great disipline, having enough rest is very necessary for great body shape. I have worked out but I don't have "perfect" body but it is really better than with out work outs. I eat more if I work out without forcing myself. This means that if I work out more, chances are I'm almost there to perfect body. Before having workout i was very skinny, and most people notice the difference of my workout. Hope this gives you some encouragement going to gym, try it for a week it may hurt but you will feel the difference such as having higher resistance and all... -thanks by "batman"
