Would you clone yourself ?

I was just watching a movie that was about the future where cloning was possible. There was a subject brought up. If you were dying and the only way you wouldn't die was if you got yourself cloned, would you do it? You would be exactly the same, have the same memories, and if you chose not to, you wouldn't even have to remember you were cloned. Would you do it? Why or why not ?
