Body Check, do you really do it once a year?

I am wondering how many of you really do your body check once a year? Or you just go there when you feel something is not right? I am having a girly check next Saturday and to be honest, I am a bit worried!

Good luck with your check-up. I go for regular visits to doctors once per year, whether or not I feel I have any problems, because I believe in preventative medicine. But, I must admit that my "yearly" check-ups are sometimes every 1.5 years. I have to clean up my act a bit. Try not to worry about your upcoming doctor's appointment.

I know what you mean wonder. I haven't had a check up in a long time. I have ms and have see neurologists for that and only gone to a gp when something is wrong. I haven't had medical insurance in almost three years. I got laid off and had to stop seeing my neurologist and stop the expensive meds I was on. I have gotten by so far with alternative meds. I recently got disability so eventually I will get medical coverage. To be honest, I feel that my ms has been a large enuf burden in my life, and I don't want to know if there is anything else wrong. Good luck with your appointment. I hope you get a clean bill of health. Then you know what you need to do, right? Start going to the doctors regularly.
