well, i think it does make difference to you. i am not try to persuade, but does age really have such big power to make a women give up the willing of being good, beautiful, and confident? these things do help me, no so much as my own inner power, but they does. Even i was aging, i will not give them up. A NICE DAY!!

I think it is a matter of upbringing and personal taste. I do not wear makeup but I do wear necklaces I do love them. I have a few rings so what ever you feel confortable in. I have a friend who things we need to have the makeup on several rings on, bracelets, toe rings, and ankles on or you are not dressed. To me that is to much.

A person is attractive with his character and style rather than the dress and jewellary. I can never imagine some great ladies with jewellary and fully decked up.

my thoughts exactly.a person shouldnt be appreciated by external beauty ,which eventually fades away.

To me a woman's personality and nature carry more importance even if she is not wearing any jewellery. Wearing jewellary does make a woman attractive and people do pay attention towards her but I believe that if one does not know how to conduct herself nicely at a public place, there is no use of decorating oneself with ornaments. I may add, perceptions, may differ.

i think that sort of attraction is superficial.it is the personality which counts.

I have to say that an earrings make a difference when you wear them. It somehow adds an attitude to your feature. I am not much of a necklace user. But earrings make me prettier.

In my opinion little bit jewellery is a must for women to adore herself. God has made this beautiful creature then why not she should decorate herself decently.

I have nothing against jewellery or make up but I do not wear it very often and I think that you do not need to to look beautiful as true beauty is inside and shines out. I have seen how people can change their faces with make up but then they get worried if they have to go without it cause people will see what they really look like. I cannot be bothered spending the time putting it on and taking it off and it is not good for my skin. I like looking like me.

Yes jewellery makes a difference but its quite useless and risky too, for daily use. I just have a pair of tiny earrings and two bangles as jewelry of daily use and as for make-up, its some lipstick and some eye-liner…that’s all.

That depends on the jewelery. I don't wear alot. But I do wear my wedding rings. I think it is a sign of respect for my hubby. We both wear ours everyday. In fact we rarely take them off. I wear makeup only on special ocassions anymore.

I hardly ever wear make up or jewellery any more. I used to wear more when I was young but never a lot. Now days the only jewellery that I wear are studs or earrings and as for make up I will put on some mascara and lipstick if I am going out to dinner or a party. But for every day wear I never bother with make up and just keep my studs in my ears. I do use lip gloss but I do not consider that as make up it is just a moisturiser like you put on your face or hands.

It maybe because of your upbringing and if you feel comfortable with it then there is no reason why you should change. I do wear jewels during special occasion but during ordinary day I just have my wedding ring on my finger, wrist watch and earrings. I don't want to invite snatchers by wearing too much jewels on my body and besides I believe there is a proper place where to wear them.

It doesn't matter to me, but it depends on the circumstances and the people you are around. There will be plenty of people like me who don't care, just as there will be those who do! If you stay at home with your children, it probably doesn't matter unless it makes you feel better to do it. But since it doesn't, than why do it? In the workplace, it's been shown that women who wear make up do better. Maybe it's the same as a man wearing a nice suit as opposed to an old one. It just makes you look like you care about yourself and that makes you seem more professional. Of course you don't want to go overboard with the make up or jewelry, but a little bit will make you look put together. I don't wear jewelery because I don't like anything on me-hats, glasses, etc. It just bothers me for some reason, and it has nothing to do with how it looks. I think there may be some people who consciously or unconsciously think jewelry makes you seem like you have money. Some people really like that, but are those the kind of people you want to impress? Again, in the workplace, those might be the kind of games you want to play, but in any other situation it would be more of a superficial gain than a beneficial one. So again, it really depends on your situation!

I don't wear much jewelry, riyasam but I am a sucker for earrings. Other than that, I used to wear a gold necklace my dad gave me but that one was for sentimental reasons. The other jewelry I value would be my parents' engagement ring that my mom passed on to me.

It is not that i do not like jewelry because i think that it adds to the beauty of a person, i wear a small earrings that is the only piece of jewelry that i own right now(it is not even gold) hahaha poor me, if i can afford it i will buy me some pieces of jewelry just those little cute ones that is really not dangling and supperrr heavy...just enough to add beauty that is all...as for wearing make up...i am not one of those people...i do not like wearing make up...it is such a bother...but i admire those girls that knows how to put make up effortlessly and those that can carry it through out the day...i just stay at home so why should i put some makeup? But i just want to share this...i saw on National Geographic Channel...a story about a nomad tribe in Africa...in that particular tribe it is the men who wears make up and dresses up to look beautiful and attracts women, as i was watching it i was so amazed and it feels funny because it is very out of the ordinary and unconventional.

I think it is a matter of upbringing and of choice... i grew up without any role model when it comes to make up or wearing jewelry... so i was not quite fond of these... but when i started to work... i saw how important it is to put on lipstick and powder before teaching highschool students... so i thought myself how to put on make up... like i have a choice not wear any... but i chose to do it... because i made me more presentable... But right now... since i am no longer teacher... i rarely wear make up anymore...

I only wear jewellery when I am going out, I don't wear makeup but i do use sunscreen and clean my face twice a day. It's just that the Llamas don't care and they don't like perfume smells . When you work with large animals, rings, etc can get hung up and cause injury. This is just what is practical for me.
