What would you do if you had to repeat every other word of a conversation ?

Well maybe not every otherword but frequently I am asked by the person to repeat what I just said.How would you feel if you were in that situation and what would you do ?.
The truth be told I really like talking to this person on the phone and when we are able to have a long flowing conversation (rare though it may be) ,I am usually inspired .It is this, along with the fact that I have feelings for the person that keeps me calling again and again but I must admit that sometimes I am annoyed with that kind of behaviour.
What would you do in such a situation,caught between emotion and ego ?

I am rarely caught between emotion and ego. I simplify my life and close my eyes to the things that are not perfect or ideal about another person. I do not change any aspect of their personalities and accept them as they are. Cheers!!

I would say maybe the person is hard of hearing or maybe they are expecting an invitation out for a drink or maybe a meal.It sounds to me like you like this person and its about time one of you plucked up the courage to admit it,as for repeating maybe you should speak up on the phone,Go for it what have you got to lose.xx
