Have you ever been just a few cents short of payout?

yes i did like two months ago i did everything that i can to reach payout but at the end of the day i was short for 2 cents. i feel bad about it telling myself if i stayed for 5 more minutes i could have reach payout with just to quality post!!! oh well it was something from the past!!!

Hello! Yes, ladym33. Last month I finished with something like $9.80 dollars. If I'm not mistaken, it was a bit more. So close to payout, still unable to get it. That's why this month I didn't have to do much to reach it. I was inactive the greatest part of the month. I only came here in the end, just to earn myself a few more and get my payout. It is really bad when you get so close to payout like that. But it doesn't matter. At least you can earn double in the next month. Don't push yourself too hard. It is almost December, the Christmas month. Just save it for the New Year. At least you will start with earnings from myLot. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

I was just a few cents short of payout last month. I wanted to get there, but I just didn't work as hard as I should have until the last of the month. Well, needless to say at the beginning of the month this month, I made payout right away. So this month I will have the best payout ever. I have been really busy working here today. I was hoping to make it to twenty dollars since I was so close to payout last month. Right now I have $16.93 in my account, so I probably won't make it. I guess I'll just have to work hard at the beginning of next month instead of waiting until the end. LOL Thanks for starting this discussion, and have a great day!

Like I said, have never made payout here, but I have a question. Do you think you get paid more for actually posting, or for replying? Or is it the same, per post no matter which you are doing? I guess I am asking if you earn when someone replies to what you post too. Just curious as I posted a few things when I first joined, but now all I do is look for my friends notices in my email and reply to what interests me. Marsha

In the past 4 months that I've been active here in myLot that situation has yet to happen to me. I have reach the minimum amount days before the cut off date and in the past 3 months, it's somewhere between 5-6 days and I'm in already. For this month, it's the fastest, I have reached it last week still and on top of that there were 4 days that I don't have any earnings at all because of inactivity. So, I think my experiment for this month is working at its best. I just hope I would still have time to spend for December.

I have never reached payout, so I guess the answer is yes. I don't worry about it, though. I just keep on keepin! I hope you reached your payout though. You certainly do work hard.

This happens to me all the time on one website or the other. I'm on too many sites to make payout on all of them, if I want to have a minute to work on my other projects, which I do, of course. I'm a real writer, not a poster.

I haven't experience that before. I have just reached my first payout last month, which I was quite free and quite active in mylot, hence I managed to reach $10 within 2 - 3 weeks. I guess I'll work harder if I really short of just a few cents.

hi there. never. if ever, it's gonna be dollars. my first payout limit was $25. then after i received that i reduced it to $10. made it manageable psychologically. happy mylotting.

No, I haven't. I can't reach the minimum payout limit very easily. It usually takes me about 3 months to reach $10 here. I have some stuff to do in my real life and that limits my time to spend for mylot. And, I don't feel in the mood all the time even if I have some free time. for this reason, it is a really big deal for me to reach the minimum payout. If I was about to reach it, I would work so hard that day to prevent such a disappointment :) Waiting for one month is not a funny thing :D

I think I did once and I just hunkered down and started in the zero response bin and make payout plus extra.

YES! This has happened to me before, but I live in a different time zone, so whenever I cram by posting a few more, it gets in the system and I make it to payout. For some reason, mylot's clock is advanced compared to mine so I'm always a day behind. I don't know why this happens, but I'm quite thankful for it. Nevertheless, i don't believe in cramming. We should post daily so that we won't need to catch up at the end of the month.

That would be terrible not making a payout by a few cents I'd be ticked off.

How I can relate with this one, as I need .86 cents to reach payout in here myself and not sure I can 100% be sure I will get there. I am just busily trying my best and if I make it, I make it, and if not my Earnings will continue on for next month to maybe reach $20 as well. I had a really busy month there for a while, so I have not been near as active here like I usually am as well. Yeah im in the same boat as you. Because I feel ill be less then 20 cents away from making payout on here and I have been posting on here all day just so I could hope to make payout this month but I doubt I will since I dont think ill reach it but thats why I wish we had something to let us know how many post weve made all day because I would keep posting untill ive made payout.

If I had, it was a long time ago, I am set to where I make sure I get a payout within a few days or a couple weeks into the month..I hope this reply helps bring you over, I am trying to make it to over 16.00, though my average before the computer broke down was closer to twenty..

Well funny you should ask because as of today I am at 9.96. Will all of todays postings count do you know because I would surely go over 10.00? I wasn't sure beings by the time the earnings update it will be 12/1 so I don't know if todays earnings are for 11/30 or 12/1. It's never happened before. I wish I had worked more here yesterday so there would be no doubt but if not at least in Jan I will make payout and then some I hope.

The shortest I've ever been from reaching a payout at the end of the month is around 50 cents. I'm currently around 20 cents away from reaching a payout this month, so I'm trying to earn enough today to reach that. Unfortunately, I just don't feel motivated to post! I'm trying to force myself to post as much as I can, but I really don't know if I'll earn enough today! At least if I don't make it, I'll pretty much be guaranteed to receive a payout next month!
