Is going to the gym often your way of staying fit?
Honestly, in my whole life, I have never tried gym-instructed exercise. I do brisk walking, stretching and some dancing as forms of exercise.
What is the advantage of going to the gym?

I tried going to the gym during one summer... and it was out of fun with my friends... but the place is not really for me because i prefer to do my own exercise... the ones that i can do when i have the time... like walking... dancing... or just moving my body around...

You also don't have to spend much if you do the exercise at your own convenient time. Happy exercising!

Going to gym gives you the motivation to exercise is a nice idea. I most often get lazy to do some exercise because nothing motivates me.

I go to gym to use the treadmill once every 2 days or so and each time will last about 30 minutes. I just want to sweat and strengthen my heart. That's all. I don't train with dumbells and stuff since those will hurt my neck muscle if I'm not careful. I don't engage instructor too since I'm using condo facilities. But if given a choice, I would prefer to play games such as badminton and basketball. To me, those are more entertaining and meaningful than just jogging aimlessly.

Yeah, playing is more fun because you can do it with your friends. . Doing the treadmill alone can sometimes be boring./
